I remember when I first heard her music in 2006. A friend of mind was playing her live Like A Star album and I was so intrigued by her distinct voice that I had to go buy her albums. I love the neo-soul music. To me it is so relaxing and peaceful, and its just GOOD sounding music. I do love her style as well. I would definitely describe her style as bohemian chic....♥
