Kelvin: I want to put Charlotte on the map fashion wise. I see the potential but its going to take drive and determination. Honestly, I want to be able to put other stores out of business and gain more clientele.
Keyia: What is the most challenging part about your job?
Kelvin: Making sure that the customer is pleased, and having to tell the customer “No.” It makes me feel bad because the most likely reason I say No is because I don’t have their shoe size or that the shoe is sold out.
Keyia: Who is your biggest competition? And why?
Kelvin: I would have to say myself because I want to live up to my expectations and my customers expectations as well. If there not happy, then I have to hustle harder to make sure they’re happy.
