K E Y S H I A . COLE in 2005 had the bold fire red and orange hair while trying to recover from a terrible relationship. I think that she had this color that expressed her true anger and rebellion of the relationship that she was in. Her first album entitled, "The Way It Is" expresses her pain and pain that she was facing and having to go through this heartache alone without the support of fam and friends. On her second album, Keyshia begins to grow up and look at things a bit differently. Her second album is entitled, " Just Like You". She goes from the red and orange to the platinum blonde. She has made the transition from being angered to beginning to love herself and higher expectations. On her latest album "A Different Me", Keyshia shows her true feminine side, the calm and humble Keyshia. Keyshia has really grown up in this album. She has left behind the outrageous colors and weaves and transformed to the jet black and classy look. On this album Keyshia expresses the her transformation from dependent to Miss.Independent. She now realizes that she can do what she want on her while being alone. Kudos to Keyshia!
