I know that everyone either watch "Making the Band" or " I want to Work for Diddy". Some people don't really understand Diddy's philosphy. People think Diddy is mean and too strict, but all he wants, is for people to do their very best and nothing less. Diddy has worked very hard to get to where he is today and I have a lot respect for him. Diddy is a true Business Man and always dress to impress. He maintains high standards and believe in quality verses quantity.
